The Jalema File&Send file is an easy, well-organised and eye-catching way to send information and to be certain that it is seen and stored neatly. The information is already filed in a ready-to-use original Jalema file with binding mechanism.

| Remove the tape protection strip |
|
 |
1) File the information and remove the strip from the self-adhesive tape. Note: The contents may not be thicker than 10 mm. |
| Seal |

2) Seal the long side first, then the 2 short sides. The file is now sealed. |
| Send |
|
 |
3) Enter the address details and apply franking to the file. An address box is provided for the address details. |
| Receive |
|
 |
4) Take receipt of the envelope (sealed) – you will be able to tell if the seal has been tampered with. |
| Tear off |
|
 |
5) First of all, crease the edge along which you will tear. Now tear off the edge along the 3 sides. |
| Storage file |
|
 |
6) You will be left with a file containing collated information that can be used long term or archived. The file has a storage capacity of 25 mm. |
Versions
Standard the File&Send is available in 4 versions; Two prints (business or 'design') and two attachment mechanisms (JalemaClip or strip and coverplate).
Of course it's also possible to have the File&Send in your own design.

Shelf filing

The Folding File with Tab and Flap is ideal for shelf filing. This Folding File has a double cardboard-reinforced protruding tab edge on the front with a continuous flap. Because the flap is on the bottom of the inside, the documents cannot fall out. An ideal shelf filing system can be created together with the Secolor Desktop Holder. Contents can be listed on this tab edge using, for example, Secolor coloured Codetabs. It also makes an excellent fastener file when combined with the self-adhesive Stripper or JalemaClip. New service: Jalema Archive Specialist
|

New service for the Dutch and Belgium market only: storage of static archives. We built a complete new warehouse next to our office to store thes archives in.
There are a number of requirements Jalema Archive Specialist can provide for:
• Collecting and clearing archives at the customer's site; alternatively, the customer can deliver the archives;
• Indexing the archive;
• Storage on a pallet or in a mobile archive (a mobile archive rack that can also be located at the customer's premises);
• Manner of requesting information (physically, digitally, or collected by the customer);
• Certified destruction of documents once the statutory retention period has expired;
• Supply of removal boxes.
All these products and services are supplied at competitive rates. |
