Sort your paper with Secolor!

Almost everybody knows our colored Secolor files. We make them in a lot of different colors, kinds and sizes. Today we’re going to take a look into the Secolor files and explain their different uses.

Store

If you’re cleaning your house or your office, you’ll undoubtedly end op with some things you can’t immediately throw away. For example – in a work situation – think about documents containing financial information (which have to be kept for 7 years), documents with medical information (which have to be kept for 15 years), or for example blue prints, which sometimes have to be kept for 100(!) years. Secolor has got several solutions for these situations, for example the Secolor Pocket Files. All Secolor Files are made with chlorine- and acid-free Colorkraft cardboard, so you don’t have to worry about the quality of the cardboard. Another profit of the Colorkraft cardboard is that the paper in the file will not be degraded by the cardboard of the file.

Bundle

Alright... Now you’ve stored all the documents you needed to store, we’ll take a look at the documents you’d like to bundle. These will probably be documents you may need a couple of times or documents you just want to check the contents of. For this use, you can use a Secolor Clip or Clipex File. We’ve mounted a Jalema Clip(ex) in these FSC®-certified Secolor File so you can safely bundle and store your documents. It’s also really useful if you want to read the documents again! To top that, the Jalema Clipex is equipped with an ICN12 hallmark, which means that there are no plasticizers in the Jalema Clipex. This isn’t just good for the environment, also your documents won’t be affected by it!

Sort

Last but not least, you’ll probably have a couple of documents that you want to find easily and as a result you want to sort clearly. You can do this with the Secolor Sorting File. Do you like to use suspension files? Then you can choose for the Secolor Inner File, so you can put your documents all sorted out into a lateral file. This is a handy way of storing for example customer records. One last tip, if you code your files with the Jalema Codetabs, you can find the information you need up to 40% faster than when you’d go looking for it normally!
